1. Working Processing

A. Distillation System

1. Start the vacuum system first, which can save working time and improve efficiency.

2. Put some waste oil into reactor by oil pump.

3. Add special catalyst into waste oil, at the same time, heating reactor.

4. The diesel and gasoline can be separated based on different temperature, you can get diesel and gasoline capacity according to controling temperature. Over degree 150°C, you will get diesel, under 150°C, you will get gasoline.

B. Purification System

1. After distillation system, the oil should through the removing color tank to remove the color.

2. Then the oil go into the removing tank to remove the irritating smell.

3. Finally, you will get about 75% gasolines, 20% diesels, the waste gas can be recycled for heating reator.
